I love the Pfaff 7500 Series sewing machines. The 7570 is especially nice as it is the one that also has embroidery capability. The machine has the Dual Feed (walking foot) built in which feeds fabric evenly with no slipppage. Layers are no problem. It's great for Quilters and Crafters as well as Dressmakers. There are more stitches than probably anyone will ever have a use for. German Engineering is hard to beat, and this series is the last series of machines actually made in Germany. Now the production/assembly end has been moved to the Chezh Republic. Due to the fast this is the last one actually made in Germany it is well on the way to becomming a collector's item as well as just an all around great machine.

This machine is self threading. You can't imagine how useful this feature is until you've used it! (Easy on the bifocals!) It sews in every direction, forwards, backwards, sideways, and diagonally, in addition to having over 200 built in stitch designs and the ability to design your own stitch patterns. The walking foot really helps keep the layers together, and it gives a warning when the bobbin thread is close to running out. The presser feet are very useful and easy to interchange. I recommend purchasing the 1/4" quilting foot. It makes nice button holes too! Really my only complaint is that the bobbins hold a little less thread than my old machine did, but they are easier to fill than my old machine was too, so maybe even that evens out.

This is an affordable machine at a good price. This machine known as the best one in it's class at time of manufacture. It does only do snaller designs.

I know this isn't the latest, greatest thing in embroidery on the market. But Pfaff makes an excellent machine, and this one is no exception. The thing I like about it most is that it is fabulous for everyday sewing. Add the hooped embroidery possibilities to it and you have a very, very nice machine.
I do not have the PCD software, and this is the only software that apparently will communicate with this machine. This is a negative; also, the images available on the cards are limited. However, most digitizing software can be used with this machine once the image is converted to PCD format. This makes it very nice for the kind of embroidery I like to do -- just small things.

I love my Pfaff 7570 sewing machine because it is awesome. But I will admit getting it proved to be quite a problem. Paypal gave me a headache and a half because of all the glitches they created in getting the money to the seller. Numerous phone calls had to be made and then they kept forgetting to do exactly what they supposedly are set up to do. I was not impressed, it took a whole 5 weeks to get everything straightened out. I donot like using them and prefer paying by money order. Thank you Christy hofer

I love this machine - well built and does everything the average home sewer needs. I have owned one of these since 1990 and it's electronics just got fried during a storm. I plan to replace it with the same machine since I have had no problems in 20 years of regular use.

I purchased this item used and I am still learning how to use the embroidery attachment. Thus far I am pleased and am also evaluating other attachments I will need to expand my use of this great machine.
