Petz: Catz 2 (Wii, 2007)

This is a good game for cat lovers. My 9 year old twins like it although it's not thier favorite since there isn't a lot of real action and a little too much reading.

As a cat loving family we are enjoyng this game with lots of smiles, and laughs, all the while trying to teach hunting and fishing skills to kittens.

This is very difficult for a young child to play, and they get bored of it quickly with little success rate.

I got the game for my 6 year old daughter and she liked it for the first twenty minutes, then the constant text boxes and slow gameplay killed it for her. You spend twenty times the amount of time reading text then you do playing the game. It's not easy to get a 6 year old girl to hate a game with cats in it.

If you like dogz you'll get the EXACT same storyline and character names etc. just swap out the dogs for cats. I was a little let down when I got this for my 5 yr old and the makers didn't even come up with a different storyline? and same names too?!

Its a great way to get your young readers to get in some more reading. That's about the only perk I see. The game is lame.

I am unable to write any kind of review on this item I was scammed and never recieved it. So I cannot comment on the quality of the game.

i bought this for my 9-yo daughter, rather than the littlest pet shop game she wanted, which just seemed like a big ad. she has been delighted with the game and has spent many hours playing it. i like that it is non-violent and that there are both single and multi-player opportunities.

This game was bought for a 9 year old girl for Christmas this year to go with her new Wii. Yes, there is a fair amount of reading to be done, but it hasn't slowed my daughter down. (Granted, she's a big reader off-console, too) She enjoys having her own kitty to roam around with. The game has enough interactivity that my 11 year old son has his own cat profile.

The meowing gets annoying, but since I have watched enough of the content, I'm able to leave the room and do something else.

I got this game because a cat that we rescued ended up being pregnant. After a few months that cat had kittens. Once that cat had kittens there were 4 of them. One died and then after 8 weeks we gave the other 3 to the pet place in the mall. She was so upset that I got her this game to keep her occupied until she couldn't remember about them anymore. It seemed to have worked a little.

It is a Xmas gift for my grandaughter-she has the game for her Nintendo DS and really enjoyed playing it-kept her busy for hours hope the one for the Wii will do the same but won't know til Xmas

I truly love Ebay, this game was brand new and I am giving for christmas to one of my grandchildren. Alot cheeper than buying in store and easier also. Everyone I have worked with are so very nice and understanding. I just try to think of things to look for. Thank you.
