Product Information
The Perle P1700 series routers are extremely flexible high-performers that provides the corporate user with a high degree of investment protection. The routers offer many configuration options, with single or dual leased line speeds up to 2.048Mbps. P1700 routers boast a comprehensive software feature set supporting PPP (Point-to-Point Protocol) over ISDN or leased line, as well as RFC1490 Frame Relay encapsulation. Modular LAN and WAN interfaces allow the user to easily change the configuration of the P1700 routers to meet evolving network requirements. High-speed multi-point connectivity can be achieved by configuring the P1700 routers with two T1/E1 leased lines. A choice of V.35, X.21, V.24/V.24/RS422/RS530 and G703 interchangeable interfaces and integrated 56/64 Kbps and T1/E1 CSU/DSUs are available.
