I already had a copy of this book and liked it so much I bought one for a friend. It has wonderful pumpkin recipes including pumpkin bread in a canning jar to give as gifts. Everything you need to know to grow fantastic pumpkins from seed varieties to cultivation and plant diseases is covered. I can't recommend this book more highly. I love it.

) This book shows you how to do everything with any pumpkin. It has more about practical uses for pumkins than any book I have seen. It shows you techniques for growing. It shows you which pumkins to grow for the specific use. For instance, it goes from the different foods to canning to decorations. I gave it a four because I thought there should have been more pictures. This book is very easy to read. I bought this book along with How-To-Grow World Class Giant Pumpkins, II.
