Decent Little Camera

I particularly like the compact size of this camera. It feels very solid, and is AA battery compatible, which is great if you have rechargeable batteries already. This is convenient because if you lose the adapter you *have* to buy a replacement, whereas if you lose the batteries it's different, I just prefer AA's over special battery types. That is where this camera gained major points with me. Where it lost some, however, is the *autofocus* feature. There is no distinct "click" or "halfway position" for the main button, so you have to gently push it in until you see the autofocus function work onscreen. Not a big deal, but I like to pay more attention to taking the picture, not whether the camera is working properly.
Other than that it's a very good 6 Megapixel camera. Plug and play, comes with a manual and added features on a disc, SD card compatible. Zoom is average, picture quality is very decent. If you can find this camera for under $100 it's worth the buy, but if your budget is over $100 you can find something better, like a Kodak or Panasonic.
