
Sellers lack of communication!!!!

I never got the item, lack of communication on the sellers part. Sent payment to wrong address, and the seller was no longer a member of ebay by the time I found this out. They didn't even have the common decency to send me an email to let me know any thing. Then ebay doesn't even like to communicate either. Tried to make it my fault. I looked at the sellers information and feedback. They had 100% feedback with only two transactions. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt being new. Then to find out they had some sort of other name with another account on here. They should not be allowed to do this. Thank goodness the payment was sent back through the mail with a insufficient address on it. Guess people who are trying to sell things on here for the first time cannot be trusted. I'm also not impressed with ebays way of dealing with this transaction. I don't think there should be a charge of $25.00 for services that they cannot provide, like getting my money back. I know it was a small transaction, but what if my payment was never returned through the mail? Then I would have been out the money, because it definately would have never been refunded to me through ebay. I will be very more careful on here from now on, but I think there should be a stronger policy for any joe shmoe who just wants to get on here and rip people off.
