The Peaceful Warrior (DVD, 2007)

I saw the movie in Sedona and was deeply moved by the young gymnast's journey towards realizing what is important in life and the inner power he has to effect change and create his reality by consciously responding, instead of reacting, to life's events. This is a great movie for all ages because it's entertaining AND has an important lesson to teach!

I like it because I saw it before and I believe I could share it with others. This movie will inspire young college students to consider living their lives with the sense of meaning and purchase. I hope that this movie can inspire people to reflect on their lives and their inner self.

A must have movie.The actors in the movie gave the characters life. A moving, inspirational movie. You start to reexamine your life and direction. Can give you a different outlook on life. Get the book too.

I saw this movie long ago and later on found out there was a book, the book is by far better and more in depth, but i love the movie as well, recommended to anyone

I had already seen the movie twice and I find it so good that I wish to show it to my grandchildren when old enough to understand it.

I love the story. It is a great lesson that everyone can learn. That when we live in the moment, which is all that exist. Miracles happen.

I kept borrowing this movie from the library, which I usually do not do with movies, so I thought I should buy it. It is a great way of reminding us about what is important in life and what a gift it is to live in the present moment. I like that it demonstrates the struggle this young man has in trying to live differently. It is not just a "think nice thoughts and all will be good" message. Nick Nolte and Scott Mechlowicz are amazing in this movie.

The immorality and language should have been left out. See this movie, let it change your life, but be sure to keep the remote handy for when you need to fast-forward.

This is a great motivational movie. If you are invloved in any type of sport where you need focus and training this is the movie for you! You need to watch it several times and everytime you will learn more!

This is one of the best movies I have watched. It started rather slowly, but gradually built. At first I thought it was an imitation of The Karate Kid--not so. Another point--is based on a true story. This movie has changed the way I now look at things, truely seeing.

I saw this movie at the theater then when it came out in DVD I saw it again. I knew I had to own it as something I wanted to not only share with others but see it again and again myself... Nolte is perfect for the part, as I have read the book as well. We human's are FEAR driven, this gives us other options in the ways of seeing the world. The Shack by William P Young is another wonderful way to accept Peace and Love instead of our fear based perception.
