I actually bought this for my sister. She really seems to like it. I'm not sure about all the details though.

I really like to receive my items as soon as possible and this came two days later. Also when you by dvd or vhs on ebay its hard to know if your going to get the original or bootleg and this seller has the original product.

) I bought it on a recommendation on work-out tapes. I find it isn't very easy to do. Paula Abdul goes to fast to learn the steps.

I like to workout with Paula and friends, the movements are easy, fast tempo, and it keeps me in shape. I decided to buy it because I had one previously, and for some reason, the tape was coming out of the cartridge, so I just had to have another one, they no longer sell them in the store, so I went on a search through ebay, and found it with no problems.
