I BOUGHT THIS COOKBOOK FOR LOW CALORIE, LOW SUGAR RECIPES. I DON'T HAVE DIABETES, BUT I TRY TO EAT WELL. THE RECIPES I'VE TRIED HAVE ALL BEEN LOADED WITH FLAVOR AND GREAT TASTE. MY BOYFRIEND EVEN LOVES THE RECIPES I'VE TRIED. NOW IF ONLY MRS. LABELLE CAN HAVE US OVER FOR DINNER.

I am a 27 yr. old male and I had a diagnosis of diabetes, and I knew Patti LaBelle was a diabetic. I wanted to learn how to eat healthier, and live longer. I am a single father and wanted to be around for my daughter. So far so good, and the food has flavor, would have never known it was Lite Cuisine.
i would recommend anyone that wants to loose weight and eat hearty doing it should buy this publication.

And the seller that sold me this publication says that it is used but I say I got a wonderful deal. It looks BRAND NEW!!!! If it wasn't for the item saying it was used, I would have newver known. This book has great dishes for those who have to watch what they eat. If you are a dietabic but still like to eat good foods, then this is the book for you. I also like the way Pattie puts some of her photos and little stories about some personal times and moments in her life. This is a well put together book and I would recommend this book to anyone who wants a good cook book. You don't have to be a dietabic to enjoy these meals.
