Patterns - a minor masterpiece
I am surprised no one has reviewed this yet. It's from the pen of Rod Serling, to my mind one of the most incisive, trenchant and challenging writers of post-WWII American cinema and TV. Not only did he create The Twilight Zone - enough to ensure him immortality - but he also wrote the stunning Seven Days in May and Requiem for a Heavywieght. This hard-hitting expose of American boardroom politics is an overlooked masterpiece, and even now should still act as wake-up call for those who are oblivious to the way business works. Watch - and think.
