This Book can help even if you have sewen for a long time it gives you guidelines to help fitting so after you have cut and sewen the garment it will actually fit.
I am thrilled to have this book. I feel I have a mentor with me when I am sewing. Glad Nancy has done such a good job giving instructions and making you want to sew, as well giving you the feeling you can suceed.
