Pat the Cat and Friends by Colin Hawkins, Jacqui Hawkins (2001, Hardcover)

My child loves the pictures. She loves the ryhming and she likes when i sound out the letters. Her sister read the book to her a couple of times and my daughter who is 19 months pointed at the page and said the word. I was so excited. The only thing I found I did not like was the characters have thought or speach balloons that were kind of small and hard to point to, but, they are extremely cute. This is a great book to begin teaching your child to read and fun enough to that even a toddler will enjoy them. It is some books that will stay on your shelves for awhile if you buy them early.
