The Partridge Family - The Complete First Season (DVD, 2005, 3-Disc Set with CD Premium)

I LOVE THIS DVD.IT'S BRINGS ME BACK WHEN I WATCHED THE RERUNS ON T.V.THE CHARACTER I LOVE MOST IS KEITH PARTRIDGE,PLAYED BY DAVID CASSIDY.

The DVD itself is great! It has special features like Partridge Family 2020AD the animated short. Also has a section for you to view all of the music video clips at instead of waiting for it to come up in the show. If you like the Partridges, this is a great thing to get! Totally worth it.

I always loved the Partridge Family when it was on years ago, it's good to see the episodes again. It brings out the kid in you again and reminds you of the crush you had on David Cassidy.

Friday nights was my night to watch two of my fav shows...The Brady Bunch and The Partridge Family. I even cut my hair like Keith at one time and had it parted in the middle as he did. Those were great times, not this nonsense they have now where no one acts unless their taking off their clothes, drinking like a pig and/or gifting guys with babies they don't take care of.

oh these shows bring back so many good memoies of friday night all my girlfriends and I would have sleepovers and David Cassidy would be on our pillow cases we did wake up in love on Satueday morning oh to be young again.

So tired of Ebay sellers who charge crazy prices for shipping, who don't communicate with seller and those that seem to forget the buyer should be treated as if the seller cares. LOL FUNNY WITH REAL TALENT IN MUSIC AS WELL. FALL IN LOVE WITH DAVID CASSIDY ALL OVER AGAIN. SEE DANNY BONADUCE AS ONE OF THE TOP STARS IN THIS SHOW! SHIRLEY JONES AND DAVE MADDEN WERE GREAT AS WELL! CAN'T WAIT FOR THE REST OF THE SEASONS!!

I GREW UP WITH THE PARTRIDGE FAMILY,AND I JUST WANT TOO SAY THAT THIS IS A GREAT DVD!!! THIS IS A CLASSIC TV SERIES,COMPARED TOO WHAT THEY SHOW ON TV TODAY. BOTH OF MY SMALL KID'S REALLY ENJOY WATCHING IT,WHICH MAKE'S ME HAPPY WITH THE MUSIC IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT,THAT THEY PLAY TODAY.

If you are old enough to remember this very funny sitcom from the 70's, then I probably don't need to tell you anything. If you are not, please do yourself a favor and experience a comedy series from a time when writing and story lines were at their best. Even after 30 years, you will laugh and laugh at this situation comedy about a regular family with musical talent, a single mother trying to make ends meet and all the wacky adventures that ensue. David Cassidy and Danny Bonaduce are very funny and for their first starring roles are actually pretty decent actors. Susan Dey was every boys fantasy back then and Shirley Jones had a certain wholesome sexyness about her. Dave madden plays their manager and is a scene stealer whenever he is around. The episodes where he and Danny Bonaduce interact are absolutely hillarious ! The music is cheesy, but you will find yourself humming the tunes afterward. At the time, the Partridge Family sold millions of records and set several records. This is just good entertainment and fun for young and old alike.

I bought it because my kids LOVED the Brady Bunch series we bought, they still love the Brady Bunch and it wins over most other shows in our house but they did not like The Partridge Family at all. Guess it didn't grab them the way the Brady's did.

What a great program to watch with your kids. Life was not as complicated as it is now. This is TV that you don't have to worry about what your kids are watching. My children love the Partridge Family so much that we purchased the cd's and they sing along with all the songs. I purchased the second season as well and I can't wait for the other 2 seasons to be released.

It is one of the few shows you can watch with anyone in your family and not have to worry about the language and or violence the music is good too.

My kids love it...we love it! They have watched it over and over and are now singing the songs and quizzing me and my husband with Partridge Family trivia questions!

A GREAT SHOW. WHEN I WANT TO GO BACK IN TIME TO WHEN I WAS A LITTLE BOY, I WATCH THE OLD TV SHOWS SUCH AS THIS. THE SHOW HAD GREAT MUSIC AND I ENJOY SITTING DOWN TO WATCH IT. ON A COLD WINTER DAY OR A RAINY SUMMER DAY, I CAN SPEND THE WHOLE DAY WATCHING A COMPLETE SEASON OF MY FAVORITE SHOWS.I LOVE THE FACT THAT WE CAN GET COMPLETE SEASONS OF OUR FAVORITE TV SHOWS. NOW IF WE COULD JUST GET CHIPS AND HOMEFRONT ON DVD, ALL WOUOLD BE WELL.

I have always been a fan and when I got it I was delighted The only disappointment was when it was shipped the shipper didnt put enough postage on the package, but upon hearing this they were more then happy to send back what it cost me. Upon hearing they were going to be true to their word and since I feel I got a really great deal I decided to let it pass and forgave the money. So all and all I am very pleased with this transaction.
