I have a hangover after reading this!

Paris Hangover is really fun. I never really grasp "Klein's" obsession with Paris, but there is one there. Sometimes my eyes glazed over the vast details of Paris--I wanted to hear less about some building and more about her. But that's me.
Also, she is quite isolated besides a few smattering of friends and there is nothing told about her birthdays or her holidays or going back to the USA or anything. Where was that part of her life?
She's a bit of a sex maniac but she manages to calm it down. Monsieur Right comes around in her face and she turns the other way for a long time but then you're cheering when they reconnect.
The chapters are self-contained which makes it not much of a page-turner, but you still find yourself interested in what happens to this beautiful, tall, blonde American who barely speaks French.
I have never, ever laughed so hard at a book as when I was reading Klein's experience flying with her insane cat, Puccini. I had tears it was so funny.
The rest isn't quite so funny but it is a really good read and I recommend it.
