My son is in a gifted program and his teacher suggested this book. She correctly informed me that this book helps you to understand the child but, does not really offer hard answers on how to deal with the problems associated with these bright minds. Overall, it was very comforting to identify the characteristics and to know my child is not an "oddball", but very normal indeed.
