Paper Fashions by Editors of Klutz (2006, Paperback)

This item is excellent for the crafty girls out there with an interest in fashion and designer styles. It caters to girls ages 8 and up. There are over 160 different designs on 40 papers. This set includes little hangars to display your fashions and also gives fashion ideas to get you kick-started. If you or your daughter has an interest in designing fashionable clothing, this is a must have as it allows you to be creative. It includes some stencils for the apprentice, then you can elaborate from there and intermix the ideas to create your one-of-a-kind designs. Excellent tool for those moving into the fashion world too. If you're enrolled in a designer school, this is a good practice and learning tool to use. Two thumbs up on this one!! Can't go wrong.

I have 3 daughters ages 11, 6 and 4. Klutz is by far our favorite company. After a fird child for me, a trip to a toy store became a dreadful experince anticipated as much as a dentist visit. If you buy something just for one child, its a fight, for all three, there is just no more room in the house. However, Klutz created great book/toys that are suitable for various ages and have an option to include parents as well. The books are fun, smart and incredibly inventive.
Paper Fashions by Editors of Klutz (2006) is a perfet example of that. Targeted towards older children, I would say 8 and up, this a perfect beginer experience for the young fashion designers. The quolity of the book is terrific and it became a perminent resedent on my daughter's book shelf.
The Klutz books can be a little pricy. If you see them in the book store they are usualy around $20. On ebay you have an opportunity to get them for a fraction of that.
Bottom line, I recomend Klutz to all the parents. They have books for all the ages and for both boys and girls.

This product has girls ages 8-14 screaming with excitement! It's packed full of tools to allow creativity flow. You daughter can design one of kind fashions that are neat, and super SWEET!
My daughters, ages 11 & 13 have their friends over monthly for scrapbooking. This is a similar art, providing everthing needed. The girls spent hours working away at fashions right in our own home. It is such the rave that we are buying them for EVERY birthday party we attend. Way to go, Klutz!

I got this as a gift for my niece she loves it, it was the first thing she opened and played with at Christmas, I even joined in on the fun.

This book has been a big hit with my daughter (age 11) and her friends ages (10-12)! They have made hundreds of outfits for using the books templates and papers. We have even gone to Michael's Craft Store to find more Acid Free Paper to make outfits for their scrapbooks. Highly recommend this book.
