Had this phone for about 8 months and am very happy with it. Excellent quality phone with Bluetooth, easy texting, perfect calendar/contacts sync with PC. Music volume is too low like most smartphones, but you can create your own ringtones from music files. Did get a hard case for mine, have dropped it many times on hard surfaces and it is still working great.

I don't know yet...it's for Christmas and I won't know how it performs until after I give it to my grandson. I bought it because it's what he said he'd like.
