Pantech Matrix (AT&T)

Phone arrived on 7/25/09 and did not work. Currently working w/seller to resolve the problem. Seller refunded monies and was aable to purchase another phone via ebay

I really like this phone because it has so many features on it.This phone also has great battery charge coverage, I can go almost two days without charging it.

the phone is in perfect shape, no problems with it. it is really nice for texting. I wish you could put more information in the sim phonebook, such as addresses and multiple phone numbers.

I love how it slides up and down.....still getting use to it.

I really like the dual slider feature. My only complaint is that the phone goes into sleepp mode when fully closed and has to be opened to reactivate it.

I did not like the phone it did not come with a charger and the front was scarred up I wasted my money and I am not satisfied, this is a piece of crapp.

I love this phone. I would encourage everyone who is a texter to get it. Even though the new Matrix Pro is out this phone has the same features.

this is a great phone, my daughter loves it. it is in very good condition and works great.the shipping was very fast.

We had a problem with the first phone and the seller was happy to exchange the phone for a new one - no questions asked and speedy replacement time.

The pantech matrix is a great cell phone. The dual slider makes it easy to text, while keeping the phone small and compact. Very simple to use.

While the product was advertised as virtually new, the battery would not hold a charge for even a day. To the seller's credit, he did offer to refund the product if we wanted to return it.

I'm glad i bought this phone. Although it did have more scratches that it said it had, it works great.

I needed a phone for my teenage daughter. She wore out an older LG phone that had a slide-out Querty keyboard. I decided on the Pantech Matrix pro because you can slide out the number keys to make a call and slide out the Querty keyboard for text messages. The phone styling is very nice. The phone battery life and charge time are very good.
I am however, disappointed with the camera option, it has no flash.
I have no opinion on the durability. I hope it will hold up to a teen-ager's usage.
