Panini by Jennifer Joyce (2008, Hardcover)

I have always wanted a panini press and I recently received one, so I thought it would be fitting to purchase a panini cookbook. The book is good, with many types of sandwich recipes included, from the plain to the not so plain panini sandwich. Most of the sandwiches require more than just two ingredients, but if you like sandwiches packed with lots of different vegetables, meats or cheeses, this cookbook is for you.
