I bought mine brand new in the box on ebay, but I bought it from someone who isnt an electronics dealer so didnt have an established shipper for this kind and size of item. Long story short, I wasnt able to enjoy my purchase because when I received it, it was completely shattered inside the box. I know the item is an awesome piece of electronics in general from seeing it in action elsewhere.
Main point here, is do NOT buy one of these from someone on ebay who is not an established seller of these kinds of items or most likely they will have no guaranteed way of shipping them properly to you.

Out of the box I would consider this model to be average to good. Once calibrated by utilizing a dvd (thx), Avia guide or manually using your eyes you will find the image superior to almost all other models. I absolutely love high definition as well as analog viewing. You won't go wrong with this model.

I feel sorry for this auktion I got scammed and have never recieved any of my money back.
