Panasonic TH-37PX50U 37 in. HDTV TV

Recently purchased a Panasonic 37" Plasma HDTV, added a basic "Bose" 3-2-1- DVD/CD/radio and surround sound package, after market high performence video and sound cables, that were recommended for maximum picture and sound quality. I had it installed on the wall using a recommended pull out wall mount bracket. Not pleased with the brackets engineering, due to the sheer number of bulky wrapped wires that go from the TV into the wall,it makes it a little difficult to pull out and push the tv flat to the wall. I read consumer reviews where experts cautioned consumers that sometimes the fantastic picture quality seen in the store is misleading because the picture is dependent on the signal and reception in the home. I was a little leery and asked a lot of questions, the store sold all the major name brands and then some. The salesman said they sold more Panasonic's after the picture and color quality was compared with other comparable brands in the store. Be Carefull on the screen size, they look smaller in the store but once its home it's huge! I am extremely satisfied with the Fantastic TV Picture, quality, color and clarity even hooked to my old analog cable/TV reception. Can't wait for my cable operator to install HDTV digital box and service. The DVD movies are incrediable, I strongly recommend adding a basic surround sound package to enhance the experience.
