Panasonic SDR-S7

Even though I own a dozen camcorders, the S7 is the one that's always in my pocket. Why? It's the only one that fits. True, some of my camcorders are high definition, but no matter how good they are, they can't shoot a video unless they are with me. The small size of the S7 allows it to be with me almost anywhere. The image is better than the quality of a really clean standard TV broadcast, but not quite as sharp as a DVD. The sound is excellent, and doesn't clip or distort in very loud environments like most camcorders seem to do. Many times, I use this in the field as a digital microphone strictly to record actors on stage or voiceovers for commercials.
