I bought the camera to take digital pictures.
I was concerned about the general review from Cnet.com and other sources as all said the camera had noise issues at higher ISO levels.
However, I am a novice user and in the sizes I will print images, there is no problem. The camera has nice user interface, many user options and decent battery life.
I definitely recommend it to the average digital photographer.
