A slightly older point-and-shoot camera design, this little gem still has plenty to offer. The Leica optics are tack sharp, rendering an outstanding image that compares favorably against many newer, higher resolution cameras. The 5.0 MP image still allows for considerable enlargement. Color rendition is excellent, with surprisingly little noise at higher ISO sensitivities.
Controls are very well placed and fit the hand comfortably, while the various modes still allow the more advanced user a great deal of flexibility.
