I Love this Camera - After I lost One, I Bought Another

I use my camera for work, as well as personally, and a wide-angle lens is extremely important. Including myself, my wife, and my daughter, we have collectively owned a half-dozen digital cameras, and this is hands-down my favorite. I got my first digital camera a full decade ago, and, by coincidence, it had a wide angle lens (28 mm equivalent). After getting used to that, it is incredibly frustrating for me to use a normal (35 mm +/-) lens, because the field seems absurdly narrow. I understand that "zoom" is a big selling feature, and the zoom on this camera is quite adequate (also, nicely stabilized for the inevitable shake that occurs when you are zoomed all the way in), but wide field of view is all-important to me. In this price range (I bought my first one new for under $250, and my second one used for $140) wide angle lenses are very rare. Besides having a great Leica lens, this camera takes crisp Apple Quicktime movies, has fabulous battery life, and is very small and light. I might quibble about minor details such as you can't zoom once you start recording a video, but overall, after more than two years, I am totally in love with this camera. When I lost my first one, I came to ebay for a replacement, and it was not easy to find. If you can buy a good clean specimen of this camera for a single C-note, you will have gotten a bargain.
