I like the fact that all the telephone numbers you program into the phone are stored in the answering machine base and are available for all the phones. You don't have to put the numbers in each phone or copy them from phone to phone. I also like the fact that it announces who is calling before you go to the phone. The sound is clear and the messages left on the answering machine are easy to hear. All the phones have a light on the top that blinks to let you know you have a message so you don't have to go to the base to check. If you want to use the phone and someone in another room is on the phone, the phone shows that the line is busy. You can also add an additional phone if you need it. We are very pleased with this phone system.

These phones work well enough to cancel our landline, and we're solely using these as out home phones. With 7000 rollover minutes, and the fact that we have excellent reception at our home, it seemed redundant to keep our landline. These phones take some getting used to- there's a process to how they work. If you read the inst., you will really appreciate their functionality. One drawback, if you use two lines, no call waiting between cell numbers. I'd highly recommend, and believe this is a big part of the future of how we merge cell utilization into our home.

This extra handset was easy to program and ready to use as soon as it was charged. Digital Bundle was the seller and they were reliable and professional. I liked it so much, I bought another one after I received this one. The Panasonic system can handle up to 7 handsets. The Dect 6.0 system has great sound quality.

I was concerned about how quick I'd receive delivery as I was going to be moving, but there was nothing to worry about. Very speedy delivery, and the two receivers work perfectly with my current base unit. I would not hesitate to recommend this vendor.

) This handset has an exceptionally clear sound in the presence of lots of interference. It even works next to the microwave oven while the microwave is running, with the basestation 30 feet away! Other wireless phones have proven completely unusable in our environment, which includes lots of wireless-B, G, and N traffic.
The handset's features are average. The keys can be a bit hard to read for someone with poor near vision like myself, but I can usually remember the functions of keys without reading them.
This handset is only usable as an extension to an existing Panasonic phone system. I added it to an existing KX-TH1212 "cellular convergence" base station.
All in all I am impressed with the system and satisfied with my purchase of the system and extra handsets.

I had been an owner of an earlier Panasonic phone sytem that I found to be a good solid phone. I wanted more handsets and that earlier phone system would not support them. I had tried others and found them really wanting in performance. I did a search on Panasonic Cordless Phone Systems and found this offering. I bought the basic system to test and found that this is one of the best phone systems for the private home or small office with one line.
I bought these two add-on phone handsets to complete my home phone system. The sound is clear and I have NO PROBLEM hearing the conversation with it (I have a hearing disability). I am able to carry the phone on my small farm, up to 1000 feet from the base unit and still conduct phone conversations and answer incoming calls. It has some really advanced (to me) features, such as, the Caller-ID is spoken to you by the phone; The Phonebook feature is shared among all the handsets; It has a very useful Intercom feature; and it has a long battery life.
If you are looking for a great phone at a modest price, you won't go wrong with this one!
