I really like this phone. It comes in handy in an apartment.I received it very prompt and it was in the box pictured on the website. I have not had any problems with it.

Good range, quality reception, nice features, great speakerphone. A snap to transfer already stored info from base unit to expansion headset. Like that expansion unit doesn't require a jack.

Have used GE, ATT, & Uniden. Like this one the best of all.

Great phone - although 1 of the 4 handsets quit after about 1 year. It had however seen lots of tough use. Speaker phone is handy, as well as phone list transfer, hold, mute, etc. Calling card pause and long number entry helps when using calling card.

This purchase was an extension of a base unit I already had. I wanted to add another telephone in a different area of the house. I had two. Now I have three and I can add one more if need arises. With this system you don't need a telephone jack. You just need an electric outlet to add extensions or move them. They work off the base unit, great idea Panasonic. There are others systems that do this but Panasonic is the only one with TALKING caller ID. It's great idea for all the reasons you can imagine! This is why I bought the initial unit, it could be expanded and the talking part. I bought this unit used and paid less than half the price of a new unit. The seller said it couldn't be told from new and she was right. I just couldn't be more pleased.

This handset unit works great with it's base unit. It was easy to install. I have three others and all the units sync and works with no problems. The distance use is clear. I work in the yard and had no problems with any function of the phone. Caller ID, phone book and other features are great for a home phone. For those of you that still use a phone in your home, Panasonic has always made great products and this one had the same quality I expected.

This handset concluded the expansion of our home phone system. Prior to purchasing it, we often had to locate a phone before we could answer it. Now we don't. Connecting this handset to the main system took about 10 seconds...9 finding the instruction, and 1 to have it recognized. TRULY PAINLESS. We love the clarity of these handsets, and the ability to "slow people down" a little when we need to. The talking caller ID is fantastic! There's nothing we don't like about the entire system. But perhaps one of the nicest new features is the fact that it alerts us both to new messages on it's answering machine and on voice mail from the phone company. All the handsets do. What a GREAT feature! And it's Panasonic! What more can be said when you're talking electronics. Great item, and a great eBay price! Exactly what we wanted and saved money too. Doesn't get any better than that!
