The posting on e-bay described the item as a NEW in the box item. The Item was shipped out and received promptly however it was a refurbished product and although the product received KX-TG6073 is identical to KX-TG6071 it was not posted that way. I will keep the product but the posting was misleading and not new as advertised.

I am happy I purchased this on Ebay and paid a great price for it. I love the features of the phone but I am not happy about the quality of the materials. The 2 extra hansets are so cheaply made they have no weight to them.

This phone system is so easy to use and set up!!! I especially like the vocal Caller ID!! Setting up phone book and settings was simple and I would recommend this system to anyone who wants "simple"!!!

This is the best telephone system I have ever had. There is no need to have a phone line connection present for the two satellite phones. The features of the hand sets are excellent. The sound quality is supurb. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has one or more telephne extentions.

I really like these telephones. They have lot of features, including a Talking Caller ID, an Answering Machine, a Speaker Phone, a 4-way conference calling capability, etc. These telephones are very stylish, as well. The speakers are very clear, and the telephones are easy to use and install. I really like the fact that you can use all 3 telephones at the same time, without having to transfer the call, from one handset, to the other. I would highly recommend these telephones.

Nice looking Phone, a different music ring with talking caller ID. big phone book you can enter number as they call you and or maually. really convenient to have 3 phones with one head which doubles as answering machine.

I love the fact that only the base needs to actually be connected to a phone outlet. The stand alone handsets just need a standard electrical outlet.

The base makes a weird farting sound whenever a call starts or ends...

This is perfect for the person who losses their phone often. With 2 extra hand sets and no need to have other phone outlets ... all you need is to be able to plug it in to a wall outlet, and you have a great answer to your needs!! The shipping was Very Quick and although I have only had this phone for a short time, I am very pleased with it! It also has great reception far from the actually phone base itself as well.
