The reason for buying this product is for my granddaughter on our long road trip. We traveled almost 1,000 miles and playing the video for her really helped. We did not encountered any problems, it was easy to operate and the battery lasted on the whole trip. I did not buy it for myself but for my son but I will buy one if I needed one. The picture was very clear.

EXCELLENT BATTERY LIFE, UP TO 13 HOURS...PICTURE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD AS WELL

Portable Panasonic DVD LS86 playeri needed one of these on my flights. saw it in best buy and it was pricey. Ebay had the same item , new and much better deal. So i ahd to grab it before the last minute holiday shopper did!! Its as described. Perfect!!!love it!

I like this DVD player, because it can play longer than 4 or 5 hours. It says it is a 13-hour DVD player, but it is really not 13 hours. It is compact for traveling since I always have a DVD player when I travel. The only problem is it does not have a remote. It would be much easier if it had a remote. The picture is pretty clear. I would recommend it since it is a good player. I have not had any problem. so far.

1.Battery Life is very good, specail need when you are going for a 14hrs non stop flight.
1.A. Car charger good.
2.But lots of other thing missing like no remote control
3.Or no slot for memory card .
Picture quality is good, could be better.

Get in the "action" with a superb DVD player!Review created: 02/04/09

Great for the plane, great for the office and Superb for the kids on the road. Top quality Panasonic product, and the battery really does last for hours. Two headphone jacks to keep the kiddies entertained on the road and it makes a perfect large screen DS when you use cable adapters. I highly recommend it, and it's a good motivator to get kids to do their homework first when you pick them up from school (ie: "no homework done, no movie"). Believe me, it does work. By the way, a terrific seller as well and I purchased the LS-82 model for the other car. The headrest bracket is expertly designed. If you want on-the-road entertainment, the Panasonic DVD-LS86 (or 82) will help the family "ride the movies" while on the ride.
