Panasonic DVD-LS50 7 in. Portable DVD Player

I already had this model and like the specific features over other models and wanted another for office / travel.

The portable DVD player is great. I bought it for trips and for my daughter in the car. She loves it. Uses it all the time.

I love this little Panasonic portable DVD player - I bought a second one to use while I walk on my treadmill, since I usually use the first one I bought in my kitchen while I work. I also travel with my first one quite a bit.

The tilting screen is a great feature, since no matter what type of light the player is in, you can tilt the screen at an optimal viewing angle. The controls are very easy and it includes a second earphone jack, so a second person can hear the audio. It is very sturdy and well-made. I've been traveling with my first one for a couple years and it still looks new. The screen is a non-glare type and has good resolution. I bought an extended play battery for the unit and now I can use it on battery power for at least 10 hours before recharging.

There are larger units from Panasonic with similar features, but this is a nice size to slip in my purse on a trip and the screen is sizeable enough for me to have no problem seeing the video. It does include a nice, but somewhat large, remote control and it has outputs to hook it to a television. I'm very pleased with it and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a compact but full-featured portable DVD unit.

THIS UNIT IS EXCELLENT FOR LIVE VIDEO PRESENTAION. YOU CAN QUE UP THE VIDEO EXCATLY WERE YOU WANT IT WITH THE JOG WHEEL.

The player I bought through eBay came looking scratched and marked up and after using for about 2 months now does not work at all. The one I bought via a retail store and have had (same model exactly) since January 2005 still works fine and has no problems at all. I am very disatisfied with the seller because he has not responded to my requests for a refund or replacement.

One of the best dvd player that i ever got.Great Image picture, nice color. Recommand earphone wich is better because on a plane or in a car there is a lot of outdoor noise so its hard sometime to understand. also recommand a bigger battery for long trip. you dont choose wrong with this panasonic ls-50.
