I bought this item because in has the map of Mexico built in. I don't like that the speaker is verry low. I like that it is blue tooth compatible and you can connect your phone, but the feature don't work properly. I think is it has a poor microphone and a bad speaker. And I don't think its just my unit, because I purchased two. Both have the same problem.
