Palm Treo 700p

I am very upset. I was told the Palm Treo 700p was new. It came to me used and abused. I spoke with the owner her advised me that his daughter sent her old phone to me and that she made a mistake in advertising it as new. The owner then advised me he would send a new phone or refund my money. I have yet to receive either. I am unable to reach the owner. Its now been 2months. Needless to say, Im furious.

The phone was in wonderful condition as described. I bought it because I live in a windows world and I wanted to try a treo to see if I liked it. Finding it on ebay at the price that I did was wonderful, it truly beat paying full price to find out I did not like it.

The Treo Took some getting use to and because the seller never sent the disc that helps the phone communicate with your computer it was a hassle trying to get a disc. I never got the disc. I was however able to download part of the software so i was able to use some important features that drew me to the phone. would still like to have a disc but i am enjoying the phone. The phone has come in handy when trying to get emails on the go and i have enjoyed using the calendar features.

I have had a 600, a 650 and now a 700p. This is a great phone, PDA and Internet browser. I can find no flaws so far. I would buy another one! Keep up the good work Palm!
