This is a great phone for the price. I love having a palm with Windows apps on it. Cons about it would be the speaker. Its not very loud.

I titled it this b/c these are the only two PDA phones I have owned. There are pros and cons to both!
Treo:
Love the today screen
Love the touchscreen
Love the calendar and how it makes you aware of your appointments
My exchange email work on the treo
Curve:
Love the stability of the phone
Love the camera
Love the quality when talking on the phone
I truly think that if I had purchased the Treo first I would have never bought the curve and would have nothing to compare it to. If palm and black berry would unite that would be awesome. I hope this review helps anyone planning on purchasing a black berry or a palm.
On one more note b/c the biggest complaint I have seen is about the Treo 800's battery life, I say to those who have complained they must have beign using the internet a whole bunch my batter lasts all day, and I use the internet, email, and calendar constantly. My Treo also charges in about 45 minutes with a full charge. It really is a very neat phone.

) I purchased the palm 800w when it was first released. For some reason I foolishly believed that microsoft on a mobile phone would be great, it isnt. Software glitches galore, terrible support. The phone itself continues the tradition of rushed to market sub par smart phones from palm.
Terrible speaker, the headphone outlet doesnt exist! You can either charge the phone or have the ehadphone plugged in, fine for short calls but if your battery is low (thats another negative battery life) youre out of luck unless you buy a separate adapter (nickel and dime)
In one year Ive had 3 of these units, each one having different problems.
In a word - Terrible.
