Excellent product as described, good overall transaction, for such a low dollar item, it was exactly what i needed. The item was in excellent condition and functions flawlessly, it did not come with any hardware or installation software which was a downer, but it's free online. overall this was another good transaction with ebay..

I've bought 4 of these off ebay so far. I bought them as gifts for family members. They are great starter Palms for beginners. They are packed with features and funtionality. With all of the freeware available for them on the internet, there is no end to what you can do. They can be taylor fit to each individual user with built in features and programs availabe for free. I give the Palm m105 2 thumbs up. :-)

I am sory I bought this Palm105 on E Bay. I did't figure out that it could not be charged with a plug in charger. It only works with batteries. It did not come with a stylus and I was promised one after the sale which I never received to this day. Bad call on my part to purchase this for too much money.
Then I paid more for shipping than was advertisd. I am sorry, I expected more.

The palm M105 that I bought was used but like the description said it was in great shape. It's not the most high tech PDA but it works great for my purposes. Great Buy!

It's a good PDA. It's not color it only has 8 megs of ram. I was surprised though how much I could fit on it. The 2mb one would not have been enough at all. I bought it just so I could read ebooks. I can have about 8 ebooks on at one time. It can run most of the programs for palm. It can't run "documents to go" though. That was kind of disappointing. So I can't take a word file with me. It has to be in text. I don't know if a newer one or just one with more memory would be able to do that. I got mine for 10 dollars though so I am happy with it. Plus 6 for shipping.

You get what you pay for. The screen display quality is very poor and the backdrop light makes the display worse. Sometimes the stylus had to be pressed several times to get the funtion to work. Save your money and use it to purchase a quality PDA. This one is not worth the money. No matter how cheap it is.

The usb cord was primarily why I purchased this product. The cradle and cord work fine to synch my palm to my laptop. There was a negative to the sale, the keyboard sold with the package did not work and I could not find any support from Palm or the seller to fix the issue.

I really feel organized with my new Palm M105. Before I purchased this item, I was writing everything down on my professional calendar, and would still lose track of things. Now, I can go straight to the electronic calendar and see what I have planned for the day and keep private appointments private. It's user friendly and doesn't take anymore time to use than a standard calendar. I am glad that I purchased this item.

The m105 is old technology in 2008. But it still works great, if all you need is a basic PDA - appointments, address book, notes, etc.

This unit does lose data when you change the batteries (runs on two AA), but if you're careful to sync regularly and just before changing batteries, that isn't a problem.

One reviewer said no adapters work with this. That hasn't been my experience. I bought a serial-to-USB adapter years ago, and it has always worked fine for me, on both a PC and Mac platform.

It isn't a color screen and won't play video, but some people don't want or need that!

This item is non- compatable with any computer that does not have a serial com port (at least 10 years old probably). The USB adaptor - even one sold by Palm - will NOT work - the unit predates the adaptor, so it doesn't have the coding. It also does NOT come with an automatic backup program, so you lose all data when you change batteries.

This Palm was actually purchased for one of our customers. It is used to transfer information from a PC to an access control lock on a pool in a large neighborhood. The Palm 105 does a superb job.

this a life saver! it is so east to use and easy to store in a safe place without taking up room. batteries last a long time. it does everything, worth it's weight in gold!

bought it because of price!!! when item arrived excellent condition easy to use with little knowledge, not 300 pages of operating instructions. use right out of the box.

I bought it to have phone numbers avavilable to me for quick access.The item was as describe but shipped 1 week ans a half later. I truly believe in paying fast for quick shipping but this auction item was definately a let down.

I use this daily for appointments,reminders, LOVE being able to download to and from my PC. Makes everyday alittle easier for remembering events!
I highly reccomend that everyone buy a PDA if you only need it for small tasks and reminders or for a full work weeks schedule of reminders and appointments!

Have used one of these for years. It holds enough info with memos and address/calendar and is easy to use. Needed to buy this one since my original finally had a battery drain problem after over 7 years of use. I have used alot of Palm products/models and like the ability to use AAA batteries in this unit.

Needed the item to keep up with schedule. Had an older version of Palm product, and was able to synchronize with previously noted information. Would purchase from this sellar in the future.

It does so many things I'm still learning more about it all the time.It's very easy to use with alot of help menus included.Transferring items to the computer and back is really easy.I would recommend this product.

Preety good Palm Pilot. Very Inexpensive and easy to use. the display is excellent and the clock feature is very easy to use. very user friendly and at a very good price. good applications

I tried to load it on to two different computers, no luck what so ever. I am able to keep numbers and appointment in it but it wold be nice to be able to connect to one of my computers

Just received yesterday and it's working out great. I bought it to replace a much older Palm that I've had for about 10 years, but was damaged. Given that statement, I compare this review with my experience with that Palm.

I like that fact that it's small and comes with a face-plate. I also like the feature that allows you to see the time and date through the opening of the face-plate (maybe unnecessary, but I like it).

The other interesting feature is the NotePad application, which allows you to write messages on a blank screen (think electonic Sticky Note). All other Palm features (date book, addresses, calculator, etc.) are the same.

As mentioned, I like the fact that the M105 is small, but this only means that the screen is smaller too. So a note to those hard-of-seeing. Regarding vision also, the backlight is reversed- so the lettering becomes lighter, while the background becomes darker. Might take a little getting used to, but no big deal.

All in all- I wish the M105 was rechargeable (it takes 2 AAAs). Other than that- this thing does the trick.
