It is rather on the unfriendly side of knowing how to operate the whole item. Trying to write letters in a specific way is rather cumbersum. I have heard that there might be an actual keyboard to hook to the Palm but I have not seen it and that might help in this area. But then having an extra keyboard to write on this particular item would cause it to become heavier to haul around and having a Palm is supposed to make it lighter to carry around all of one's information in a quick matter. All of this concern could be lifted if I had an actual booklet on the operation of this Palm M100. It does look nice and the notebook holder is also smart looking.

I use this every day in my workplace. We use it to store names, addresses, and directions for easy after hour access. It is a basic unit, but handy for what it is made for. Worth the money.

I haven't gotten to use this product because it was lacking the stylus. And so I can't say anything about the palm I recieved but was dissapointed that I haven't been able to apreciate this. The vendor has asked that I return it for refund so that is what's coming up.

Palm Pilot
) I gave my PO Box address to vendor but since he wants to send it UPS I gave him another address. However, I made mistake in giving him the right town and the item went back to vendor. I emailed vendor to send it to the corrected address but never heard back from him. I offered vendor to refund him on UPS shipment but still no response I emailed vendor again Aug 4th but have not received any response. Please help us resolve this issue. Thanks.

I bought it in hopes that I could use it for programs for my schooling, not realizing it only had 2 MB of memory. It work wonderful for someone who just needs an address book and calender with a notepad and calculator to carry around, but for a student like me, I was hoping it was much more.

The seller sold me a PDA palm100 without a stylus or cable. I was disappointed about this but he gave me a full refund since I was misled in the description when I purchased it, but overall the product is great and I like it.
I now need to buy the stylus and the cable to synchronize the data from the palm100 to my computer.

I felt I got a good price for the Palm Pilot. I wish the on and off button would work. When a seller says that they will refund the Purchase price but the S/H is exspensive, it doesn't pay to get refunded and buy another on e-bay.

Palm M100 - I'm hooked on this easy to use PDAI finally entered the tech age of PDA's with this M100. It's sooooo easy to use - even I figured it out. Now I got one for everyone in the family. Only problem with it - when you change the batteries you will loose all data unless you remember to download/sync your data to your computer. I learned the hard way. LOL!! But I still love the little tyke.
