The book provides a wide spectrum of methods, from traditional folk landscapes to Baroque florals, faux fabrics, and faux marquetry. An excellent complement, from an entirely different point of view, to Sybil Edwards's Folk Art Style: Traditional and Contemporary Painting for Everyday Objects (reviewed above).
