Pros:
Eclectic artistry. Unique.
Cons:
Nada.
It's not often that you hear a new artist for the first time and just stop right in your tracks, shocked at the radically new, totally different sound that you're hearing. Be prepared for that if you spin up Bebe's debut album, Pafuera Telara as. Bebe shook up a lot of preconceptions in the latin music world this past year when, as a virtual unknown, she managed to snare five Latin Grammy nominations for her very first ever album. I personally thought it was ridiculous, but then I thought the same thing about the overkill of nominating U2 for five Grammies too (but at least U2 has earned some.
