PURE Digital Flip Ultra

This is very easy to use. Uses AA batteries. My son figured out how to use immediately and downloaded. Small enough to carry in your pocket.

I wanted a protable (pocket size)camcorder and I love the fact that it is so easy to use and I have found nothing about my Ultra Flip that dislike. I would recomend it to anyone.

Its a very simple flipcam to operate ,and takes good quality videos,i purchased it because it was the right price alote cheaper then in the stores with this flipcam you can easily walk around and take videos anywhere

Purchased this camera almost new. We went to visit our daughter and first grandchild and it worked very well. It doesn't have the quality of a regular camcorder but it is a lot more convenient when you need it in a hurry. It is very easy to upload the videos to your computer and make a dvd, also. We have only used it for a week so far but we am very pleased with it and have some nice video clips of our new grandchild.

Just what I was loooking for. Good quality video and simple to use. I am not an expert with electronics, and don't know much about the specs, but what I was looking for was an easy to use tapeless video camers that is easy to use so that I will be more inclined to capture the memories of my kids on film. Perfect for my use!

i like all about the digital cameras, i think they are very easy to use and have a good quality of video.

I absolutely love my Flip Ultra Video. It extremely user-friendly. All I have to do is shoot the video and then plug the camera into the USB port of my computer and the installed software does the rest. Making a movie that I can share with my friends and family could not be easier! The videos are clear and the quality is excellent. The Flip Ultra is compact and lightweight. I drop it into my purse and take it with me almost everywhere I go!

I bought this item used on e-bay and it did not come with manual. Not to worry everything is available online at the manufacturer's website (PC and MAC). I downloaded the software and started using it immediately.
Very simple intuitive controls. Central red button starts/stops recording. Uses 2 AA batteries and records for 1 hour (non expendable internal memory). When done recording just connect it to the computer via the USB port. It works better if placed on a tripod or if holding it you must have some support otherwise the video will be too "jumpy".

Great little gadget that will help preserve family memories without having to make a huge investment.

I heard about the FLIP before I purchased this on eBay from Lemonaid Kid who runs auctions to raise funds for the Canine Companion Organization. It is a wonderful cause - they raise and train service dogs that are paired with individuals of all ages that have a disability. These dogs enable the person they are assigned to continue to lead a life of independance. Anyway, although I heard of the FLIP camcorder, for some reason I never went out of my way to learn about them. Well, of all the things offered in the auction I decided on the FLIP after reading the description. I can't tell you how I've been impressed since using this little gadget & the software that comes with it. For the first time I uploaded a short video of my pet cat Noah to the internet. It is so easy to use and it is also small enough to easily carry with you everywhere, which I intend to do. I am extremely happy with this product and the eBay seller who maintained good communication and sent the product to me safely and within a couple of days of receiving my payment. But most of all I admire this young man for working for a worthy cause and making this world a better place.

Was ready to go out of the box - my grandson has already been filming up a storm - he LOVES IT!! I would highly recommend this product for youngsters with imagination, and to promote the use of their imagination - item is simple to learn and use.

I purchased this camera over the mino HD version simply because it comes with rechargeable AA replaceable batteries. Its also has the dual audio which the mino does not and extra storage with a lower price tag. This camera is great at picking up sound and provides very nice quality even in lower lit environments. However, be advised that a 10min video on this baby will be roughly 800mb (the size of most cd-r disks). Camera is easy to upload to PC just plug it into the USB port. Nice design, not that big, easy to carry, and simple to use. Works great, much preferred over bulkier video cameras.

I sent this item back because he advertised a different model that what was sent. This item looked like it would be good for travel if you could change the SD cards.
