I've only had this book for a few days and it is well worth the money that I paid for it; I have plans to take my SPHR exam this May, but in the meantime this book has been a very useful tool in regards to just staying abreast on the ever-changing HR profession. I also used this book to prepare me for an upcoming interview for an aspect(collective bargaining & unions) of HR that I have no hands-on training for and I feel very confident about the interview because this book provides extensive information about unions, collective bargaining, and union avoidance. Again, this is a GREAT tool for any HR professional that needs a good desk reference.
