P3 International P4900 Robotic Cleaner

I GOT THE ROBOT VACUUM& IMMEDIATELY I COULD SEE IT WAS NASTY FILTHY!
THEN IT WOULD NOT MOVE EVEN AFTER CHARGING OVERNIGHT-IT WAS A PIECE OF JUNK-NO SOUNDS FOR OVER TWO HOURS--THEN FINALLY IT CREPT ACROSS THE WOOD FLOOR& TURNED TWO CIRCLES& DIED! THE SELLER HAS YET TO REFUND MY MONEY ON --EVEN AFTER DELIVERED BACK TO HIM! THANKS GREG--WHAT A WATES OF TIME& MONEY!

This is my 1st robot vac. cleaner and I am impressed. This model is a lot less expensive than Rhoomba models but it gets the job done. I have installed a 1000 sq ft hardwood floor & the P4900 saves alot of manual cleaning time. I have only owned it for a week & have yet to try it on carpet, but so far everything is good. One caution, it occasionally gets stuck on something so I wouldn't leave it running and go shopping expecting the floor to be done on your return.
I will try to add to the review after 6 months. One idea I had was trying to use dryer sheets to replace the custom sized "electrostatic sheets" that come with the unit, I doubt if the supply will last more than a month.

I have 2 dogs and it picks up 3 to 4 canasters of dirt and dog hair from my carpet. It does get stuck sometimes under the kitchen cabinets but the unit turns itself off so you don't waste the battery. It doesn't clean along the wall as well either but you can't expect everything for the price. I approve of this vacuum to help around the house.
