Oxygen (2000, DVD)

I bought this movie just because it was something that I had not seen it before, and had never even heard of it. It just looked interesting from the discription. It was one of the better movies that I have purchased. I personally loved this movie, it kept me interested from the very start. Unpredictable turns all the way through, it put you right into the master m ind of a disturbed person. It is one that I watch over and over periodically. And have shared it with everyone that I know.

In this great crime thriller, Madeline Foster is a plain clothes policewoman for the NYPD. You would find her behaviours after police business quite bizarre. Madeline enjoys errotic sex and alcohol. She is suddenly assigned a case of a businessman (James Naughton) whose wife has been kidnapped and burried alive! The kidnappers have left a demand that must be completed within 24 hours. What is intriguing is that Madeline believes she knows who the kidnapper is - someone who goes by the name of Houdini. This Houdini character knows who Madeline is and plans to this be a mind game. A great DVD for your collection.
