Movie Description Meek, owlish writer Felix (George Segal) and strident, catty prostitute Doris (Barbra Streisand) live in the same apartment building. His incessant typing bothers her; her gentlemen callers bother him. When Felix reports Doris's rowdy activity to their landlord, she gets evicted. The free-spirited Doris then forces her way into Felix's apartment, as well as his heart. The Streisand/Segal pairing makes for classic comedy and heartwarming romance.
