This is not "Outlook Express" !! This is a tutor showing you how to use Outlook Express. Nothing in their description at the time of purchase stated it was a tutor, it was sold as "New Outlook Express"
The seller advised me to return the item for a refund and seemed willing to make good on the product so good feedback was left, but now that the item has returned the seller has failed toreturn the money. Be careful what you purchase from this seller.

) I was expecting a guide to fixing my Outlook Express when I get various errors messages. The subject matter covered was on sending & receiving e-mail. Obviously if a person is buying items on ebay they already know how to send & receive e-mails
