The flap says:
to save the lives of her friends, Rachel did the unthinkable, she wiling trafficked in forbidden demon magic. and now her sins are coming home to haunt her.
as rachels earches for the truth behind a terrifying murder, an even greater menance threatens for the demon algaliarept will stop at nothing to claim her and the discovery of a shocking family scret throws rachel's enter life into question.
The book is 455 pages, and very detailed, (sometimes reminded me of harry potter books because of the detective details) a few interesting things are revealed about rachel. and a few mysterious are cleared up. NO sex in this book.
I would have enjoyed a little more Ivy and Rachel scenes. Although Rachel's life (the crime fighting part of it sorta,) is starting to resemble to me anita blake, as i'm exhausted as rachel is in some parts of the book.
it's a really good book, i think it's one of kim's best thus far.
i'm so looking forward to future books and any resolution to the kirsten situation.
enjoy
