I bought this book as part of a bulk lot of books on healing and related topics. It was in such excellent (as in NEW) condition that after reading it I am gifting it to my doctor (Advanced Psychiatry/Neurology), who has no time for pharmaceutical sales staff. The material so well-researched and documented that the facts practically speak for themselves. Peterson's considerable insights into the pharmaceutical industry's impact and power is fascinating, eye-opening, and pretty darn scary. An excellent read for anyone concerned about health care--and who isn't?

Easy to read. Information ALL should know.This is so informative. I have bought copies to give friends. Doctors, pharmacists, and consumers should read this to be aware of pharmaceutical companies' influence. We all know this is happening, but this explains it so much better. The book is very well researched and an eye-opener.

This is a book that everyone that seeks medical attention should read. The drug companies are selling us all a line of deceit. This book should be sent to every congressman and senator so they can put a halt to some of the horrible marketing practices. There is no longer any R & D for drugs, just lets see if they die. What a shame that these companies are reaping huge profits from all the lives of the people taking them. The other ones who have sold their souls are the doctors. Making huge pay offs for dealing out death. Shame on them both and the government that lets this go on.
