For those who have experience in the workforce this is a great read. For those who do not...don't fall asleep. This book is important in your understanding of personalities and behaviors. There are a lot of things in this book that are identified and brought to light about what we need to know about others and how to work with it. I recommend this book to all of those in the workforce on all different spectrums of business. It is a must read for management!
