I bought the book for a class and it came in handy. Everything is laid out perfectly! I highly recommend it for anyone who is either taking a class in management or just learning the fact about business ethics and leadership.

It came in excellent condition and had everything that I needed for my class. It was the same exact boook that the university sells for twice as much. It is a quality textbook.

End of chapter quizzes have wrong answers, wrong definitions throughout book. Way too many typos for me to justify having spent this much for a book in its 10th edition already.

It's not that the material is that bad, but you never know if you're studying the right thing. For example when talking about Type A and B personalities, on the side of the page, right beside each other, it says Type A is more aggressive than Type B, then it says Type B is more aggressive than Type A.

Plus, throughout the book, there are pages where it looks like someone just erased a big smudge down through it. It's kind of like a guessing game, figuring out what words would finish the sentence.

The book I purchased was in excellent condition-there were no highlights, markings, or scuffs. It cost me less than half the price of a used, crappy book from my school. I thought I was going to have to wait forever before my book would arrive, but it actually came the same day my class started- I will surely use this supplier again! Highly recommended.

This book was a requirement for one of my online classes. The material is realistic, I didn't care for the assignments but it may not be the books fault. The work-section in the book, lays out scenarios that ask you to write answers to. Unfortunately our professor required 1,000 to 1,250 words for the answer and I felt that the questions were too simple and it seemed impossible to answer in so many words.

The material in the book is good though.
