I had to use this book for an HROB class and I found it very difficult to read, with many inconsistencies. I asked the professor why he chose it and he said there are very few books out there on Organizational Behavior. The authors might be great researchers, but they are poor writers.

) I purchased the book to use with my online class. It is perfect for the application. I saved 10's of dollars and received a textbook that will follow along with my lessons. If you are taking online (distant learning classes) I would strongly suggest to purchase the textbooks rather than printing from the university library. It saves paper, ink and provides bounded material from which to study.
