This book is exactly like the American version with the only exception being the cover (different picture and American version is hardback). Using this version cut the cost down by approximately 75% and this poor grad student is grateful to find this!

List and sold the older edition (half listing price $6.00 book) under most recent edition (half listing price $100.00 book) category. Upon recieving the book, I tried contacting this seller several times and no response. May have good ratings but this buyer has BAD INTENTIONS!!!! Will never buy from this seller again!!!

) I loved the timely shipment! I like the communication between the seller and I. I believe the description stated that there were no highlighter marks and the book was opened 4 or 5 times but there were some highlighter markings within the textbook, this was the issue I disliked about the item. Overall I am very happy with the item.

The book is good, it covers the organizational concepts in business classes. I do feel that many of the chapters are lengthy and could be condensed quite a bit. These are principles that every manager should be aware of and ponder about. I would much rather work for an Individual who understood the concepts in this book over one who does not.

I got a book with a different cover than the one shown in the website and it says it is an international studen edition for use outside of the U.S.

) I purchased this for a grad school class I am taking called Organizational Behavior. Usually I am bored to tears with textbooks, however I have enjoyed this one so far. The content is interesting because it deals with behaviors, attitudes, etc. that you can relate to in the workplace.
I like how it explains the history of some of the subjects, and gives very good examples of the subject matter. The book has a light sense of humor to it, and is not drudgy like most. Keep in mind that it is still a textbook, it's not all peaches and cream. But for the most part, I have really enjoyed the subject matter and do recommend it.
