Organic Chemistry by John McMurry (2007, Paperback, Study Guide)

The seller lied me, and send me the PDF file, not a paper book. After I asked him to money back, he insisted that he wrote down that it was PDF file, even though he didn't write it down. Now he changed it to PDF file, after he argued with me through email. He is the worst seller ever in my life. I will never buy stuff from him.

It was a very fast delivery but seller should be more specific on the product because I thought it was a hard copy but instead its a pdf file.

The communication with the seller was awesome, and the download was fast. i decided to but the product before it was the fastest way i could get it given the time limit i have before my midterms start. the delivery was fantastic.

I really needed this book, but I wanted the text book, which I never got. I got the ebook of it and I had to print, that is not waht I wanted. I contacted the person who sold it to me, he didnn't help me and said it is done and besides I didn't get my money back. Ebay is horrible, I do't wanna use it any more.

This book arrived to my second address in no time. I received the book in excellent packaging. It was in such great shape that it was hard to tell the book had been previously owned. Thanks a bunch!

it's helpful to slove hws and practise...it contains clear and good explanations. Importants outlines (summary) are given every end of the chapeters.

This guide is a very helpful supplement to the textbook. It goes over all of the practice problems so that you are better able to understand the concepts that you are going over. Definitely a helpful tool for such a challenging course!

I am currently taking Organic Chem 1 and it is a difficult class ) a 67% AVERAGE on the first test) this book makes it easy to go through my homework and see what is right and whats not.
Includes the answers to all problems as far as I've gotten.
If your professor assigns homework out of the text that goes with this I would highly suggest buying this book!!!

I bought the solutions manual because I needed it for Organic Chem 1. Also, coupled with the brother book, I am able to check all the answers to the questions from it. This allows me to check and see if I am performing the tests or calculations correctly. Without the book, there is no way for me to check my answers. Not to mention that the cover is sexy and the last part of this message was to surpass the 100 character limit.

This item was never received. Cannot go in detail about how the book would be helpful. It has been two months and no response from the seller nor the claim has been responded.

I bought this book to help me study for an Organic Chemistry class, and it has been very helpful thus far.

Its a helpful solution manual for the course. This course is very difficult and it requires a lot of practice. Please do not blindly copy H.W. from solution manual because in the long run if you do not understand you will easily fail the class.

I am currently taking organic chemistry at the university level and needed this book. Many friends of mine told me to shudder at this class and not to even bother with the text because it was "too encrypted" - don't believe that now!! I have reviewed older editions and found them far more difficult to dig into but McMurry o7' is one heck of a book! The images and tables were probably even more useful to me than the well prosed text - which was written like it should be - direct at the students in a way where I felt comfortable and could absorb it better. After reading several chapters and taking a couple of exams on the material I found it to be well worth the purchase!

I bought this book for my first semester organic chemistry class in college. A lot of things were explained and were helpful in understanding the material, but I wouldn't say that everything was or that there was enough elaboration with examples and the reasoning behind them. But overall, it seems like a pretty decent book and it's getting me through what I need to know so I'm not complaining.
